- mentoring for people new to digital communications
- editing and writing content – single pages or whole websites
- developing house style guidelines and frameworks
- digital healthchecks – I audit and benchmark digital communications against peers / competitors (specialising in analysing fundraising content)
- developing content or digital strategies including surveys and research.
I also work with organisations to improve the usability and accessibility of their web content.
